The Anatomy of a cloud

Could you imagine being a cloud in the blue tinted sky? Imagine feeling the wind on you at all times of the day, floating over all creatures below, controlling if the world shall dry up or overheat, saving people from the intense, radiating rays of the sun. Going where ever the wind takes you, worrying of nothing and not caring about a destination.

Rotating, changing and collecting, it's interesting how clouds have shown us glimpses of "freedom" and being "stress free".

When life has you down, stressed and worried. Just look at the clouds, try to take life one day at a time. Whenever I feel like I have the world resting on my shoulders, I take a moment, to look up and admire the clouds and how they change. It's a good way of formulating where your subconscience is collectively. It is the same premise that is used in therapy, look at the clouds and distinguish what the shapes mean to you.

Here is the interesting part, the part you need to keep track of. If the clouds take shape of positive manifestations or images, you are doing okay. However, if they take on negative images or remind you of stressful situations/people, then it is a good sign you need to take some rest and focus on yourself and your mental health.

We can only imagine what it must be like to have the anatomy of a cloud.
